Assigning tasks issue on Dropbox Paper

I am working with a group of 10 people who all need to edit docs and I need to assign this same group of people tasks. This is working well with everyone except one person in the team, who is getting email notifications that folders have been shared with her, but when I go to assign a task to her using @, it's not finding her name or email.


Anyone know what she needs to do to change her settings or is it something an Admin needs to change? All team members currently have editing rights within this particular folder.

Hi @AmandaBear; welcome to our Community and thanks for using Paper!


From what I gather you're a member of a Dropbox for Business Teams account, right?


May I ask if the person you're not seeing when trying to @mention to assign them tasks within your Paper docs is also a member of the team and if the Admin of your Team has allowed sharing of files and folders externally (if they're not)?
