I uploaded an audio file To Dropbox but the file does not appear in "All Files" section. If I click on "Recent Files", I can see the file but do not have the option to download the file to my computer. The only option available is "Open". If I click on "Open" it only gives me options to connect apps. Any app I choose, still will not play the audio nor let me download the file which is the whole reason I sent the file to Dropbox! Any ideas?
I attempted to search by the filename and it found nothing. The file is not contained in a folder and the filename can only be seen under "Recents". I can't open the audio file or download it. The file was an mp4 file created on the Voice Record App on my iPhone. I selected "Save to Dropbox". Then when I logged into Dropbox to download the file, it did not appear in the main webpage after logging in. The file only appears in the "Recents" and has no capability to download.

The last file listed is the mp4 file I'm trying to download. To the right of the filename, this is the only option available in the dropdown menu:
I don't know what an events page is or where to find it. It was not located in any folder. I sent the file directly from my iPhone recorder app to Dropbox. I have not been able to access or download the file since I sent it to Dropbox.
