Audio File not listed in "All Files"

I uploaded an audio file To Dropbox but the file does not appear in "All Files" section.  If I click on "Recent Files", I can see the file but do not have the option to download the file to my computer.  The only option available is "Open".  If I click on "Open" it only gives me options to connect apps.  Any app I choose, still will not play the audio nor let me download the file which is the whole reason I sent the file to Dropbox!  Any ideas?

Does the file appear if you do a search in your account for the file name?

If so, it will show the folder name just under the file name to help you locating it from the "All Files" tab.

I attempted to search by the filename and it found nothing. The file is not contained in a folder and the filename can only be seen under "Recents". I can't open the audio file or download it. The file was an mp4 file created on the Voice Record App on my iPhone. I selected "Save to Dropbox". Then when I logged into Dropbox to download the file, it did not appear in the main webpage after logging in. The file only appears in the "Recents" and has no capability to download.

Would you mind sending me a few screenshots of where you see the file in the Recents, and the options you can see for the file?

Also, could you try saving the file to Dropbox account from the Voice Record app and see if that makes any difference?

Hi @Cookies, are you able to see that file in the events page or deleted files page?

Was it located in a shared folder you no longer have access to?

I don't know what an events page is or where to find it.  It was not located in any folder.  I sent the file directly from my iPhone recorder app to Dropbox.  I have not been able to access or download the file since I sent it to Dropbox.

Do you see the mp4 file mentioned in either of those links?
