Auto sync files and folder

hi sir i am not able to auto sync my file as i make them 

in one folder can i pls get steps how to do that

Could you just clarify for me which device you're using? For example, the mobile app or desktop app.

Are you adding the files on those devices, or through the website?

I am using windows sir windows 10 pro

Se sir my problem is I am a new web developer and app developer now I am learning python so I need to make many file so o wnt Dropbox to sync as I make a new file or other things I don't have that much time to manually sync

And it is auto syncs but only for photos I wnt it to sync for my folders also and I am usng basic

Could you send us a screenshot (without any personal information) of what you see when you hover over the Dropbox icon that should be next to your computer's clock?
