My iPhone app is no longer uploading files with the message ”contact dropbox and we will solve it”. How do I even contact dropbox without paying a subscription?

Would you mind clarifying if this situation has to do with the automatic camera uploads feature or are you not able to manually upload files via the Dropbox mobile app?

Can you also send me a screenshot of the error message, so I can check it out?

Thank you! It is the automatic camera upload.
I’m not sure how to send you a screenshot, but tell me how to do and I will try my best :-).

Sure thing! You can use this information to get the screenshot and then after you hit 'Reply', you'll see a camera icon, which you can use to upload your screenshot!

Thanks for the screenshot!

Can you please uninstall the Dropbox app, restart your device and reinstall it, to see if that helps?

Keep in mind that there's a 3 device limit for free accounts, so if you have more than 3 devices connected to your account now, and you uninstall the app, you won't be able to connect it to your account again, unless you reduce the number of linked devices
