I have backed up my files for many years and never had this problem.
I go to backup and it tells me to upgrade my browser. Your current browser is not supported. I have Edge, Crome.
What do I do?
Are you using the latest version of the browsers? Try doing an update?
Chrome for example is currently on v 88.0.xxx

I have updated everything edge as well as chrome. I have had the geek squad look at it and they cant figure it out. What should I do next?

Also, what are the versions of the browsers you're using?
