Bad, no connection on video file uploads

Bad, no connection on video file uploads

I get  "lost connection warning when I try to upload video. This happened for the first time yesterday. Previous to then I had NO problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with uploading your video files to Dropbox; let's have a look now.

 

Can you please let me know if you're using the app or the website version to upload this file to your account?

 

Also, if possible, send me a screenshot of the exact error you get so I can have a look too.
