When I upload videos to Dropbox everything seems fine. Then I open the video in QuickTime and it's a black screen. There's still audio though. I see there are others dealing with this on other platforms, too. This is not just a QuickTime concern. This seems global. I use this app for work and I need this to be fixed.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you clarify if you've tried opening the video in another video player instead of QuickTime? Does the file preview on the site for all the other users?
Are you getting this issue when people download the file directly to their machines via the Dropbox site?
Any clarification on this matter would be very helpful!

The same thing happens when I try to replay in Chrome on a MacBook (audio with black screen). Replay works fine on an iPhone.
Tried to edit my original message but it won't let me in Safari on a MacBook.
Anyhew, the black screen + audio happens when using Dropbox Replay viewer. But when I go to fullscreen, I can see the video.
