Can anyone help. I have transferred files into dropbox some of which can be previewed but others appear as if they have a blue film over the entirety of the file and others are just blurred.
Not sure why this is happening but I need to sort it out asap.

I'm viewing on the website. Some files are fine but others have a blue film or are blurred and yet they were created in the same way.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
For several months, when scanning a particular monthly receipt, a specific page of the receipt, whether scanned indidually or as part of a batch is so blurry as to be unreadable. The page has typing at the top and bottom of the sheet, but nothing in the centre, so may be a focussing problem, but there is no way to select part of the page as the focussing point. I've tried the various suggestions on the forum (reinstall, clearing cache, reboot, etc.) without success. Phone - OnePlus 8T (KB2003); OS - Andriod OxygenOS 188.8.131.52.KB05AA; App Version 258.2.2
