Bug of folder order

This version of dropbox has a malfunction. To sort the folder in iOS application.

in new version (224.5) have a problem To sort  folder order.

Please fix the problem quickly.

Hi @kiun, thanks for messaging the Community!

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and reinstalling it to see if this helps?

I try reinstall (Hard restart my phone(iOS) before install application )

 The problem still has the same.

Tiles view is normal order (1,2,3,.....)

But List view is 1,10,100,1000.........,2,20,200,....

I've been trying in vain to get an answer to this from Dropbox Support for two weeks. They are so far unable to even tell me if they can reproduce the changed behaviour I'm getting . (It has to go to an 'Advanced team' for that!)

On my iPad in the Dropbox Files window I currently have 317 folders and 23 loose files. From anywhere, if I tap 'A' I used to get to the folders beginning with A, or very close. Recently (I can't pin down the date) that's now changed to the daft behaviour of showing me only the files area!

Both iOS and the Dropbox app are up to date.

I'd much appreciate knowing whether others get the same please.

Are you having this issue when using the Dropbox mobile app or your Files app?
