Business drop box not syncing

Business drop box not syncing

Our team business dropbox is not syncing properly. Our personal tech support can not figure out why this is happening. Our team members folders are fill faster than they should with business dropbox. Our work flow is being seriously affected by this. How do I get direct suport to fix this issue?

Hi @Larissa Scott, thanks for messaging today!

Are the files that aren't syncing in shared folders, or private folders?

Can you see the files on the Dropbox site? Is the Dropbox desktop application installed and updated on all machines?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
