Camera Uploads not visible on iPhone App

Hello, I have Dropbox on my iPhone Xs MAXX and when I am in the app I do not see Camera Uploads anymore. I can see them on my 2 PC's but not on my iPhone, can anyone provide any insight to this? Thank you in advance.

Hey @atomasso715, sorry to hear that; has this been a recent occurrence by any chance? If you’ve enabled Camera Uploads, then you should be able to see the purple Camera Uploads folder on your phone, so what you’re describing sounds unexpected. Just so as to ensure we’ve covered the basics, can you make sure that you haven’t missed our latest update (154.2) & you’ve updated to the to the latest iOS version? Also, can you check for me if you've shared this folder?
 
If it’s not too much trouble for you, I’d appreciate two side-by-side screenshots (omitting personal info) showing me the folder on either of your pcs & one showing me a glimpse of your folder structure on your phone; please include these in your next message if possible. 
 
Once I have these details, I’ll try to address your initial inquiry in a bit more depth. Thanks!

I have the same problem. It has actually happened to me in the past (over the years) and I generally delete the app and reinstall. But then it happens again. It's really starting to get old...

I would send you screeenshots but I really don't understand how the insert/edit image box works on here... there is no way to upload a file.

I have attached screenshots from my iOS app and from my Finder window. You can see that the Camera Uploads folder exists in Finder but is invisible in the iOS app. However, the Camera Uploads feature still works. I can access those files on desktop (just not on my phone).

Also, your file upload form on thise site acts a little weird. I have uploaded a screenshot of the form that appears when you click the "photos" button when I am not logged in. When I log into the help site it gives me a different form that allows me to upload photos. Maybe change this so there is a message telling the user they need to login to upload photos.

I could see that you’ve been discussing that with my colleague through our Official Support channel, so it would be best to continue working on that on your existing email chain, since we’d need account-related details to further address your inquiry from this point on.
 
I can see that my co-worker had sent you a follow-up message yesterday; have you received that by any chance? If so, would you mind getting back in touch with them there, so as to get clarify what could be causing that?
