I'm using the latest version of Dropbox (Version 102.4.431 (102.4.431)) which claims to solve the popular problem of Camera Uploads not working and keep saying "Can't find any new photos or videos".
I have tried everything that's all over the internet such as:
- go to setting turn off and then turn back on again
- delete and reinstall the app
- re-register your phone
- reboot the computer
This is one of the biggest reasons why I use Dropbox. Can someone please help

Could you just clarify for me, are the files that are not being recognised photos, videos or a mix of both?
Are the files that haven't uploaded yet to Dropbox new photos/videos taken on your mobile, or perhaps edited versions?
Also, are you using the official Apple cable for your phone to connect it to your computer? If you have another cable, can you try using that to see if there's any difference there?

Can you let me know if the device is being recognised correctly by your computer?
For example, if you have iTunes does the device show as connected or appear as a connected drive in your File Explorer/Finder?
It is recognized by my computer. I see my device recognized in iTunes or iExplorer software. Please help.

Can you clarify for me, are the videos/photos that you want to upload files that have previously been uploaded to Dropbox before through camera uploads?
If you take a new photo now, will this upload to your computer?

Please try disabling the camera upload option from within the desktop app and then re-enable it again with the steps outlined here.
Are the videos currently in your camera roll, or are they perhaps saved in another album @noonoona?
Also, were the videos taken from your mobile device, or using a third party app perhaps? What file type are these videos?
