Camera uploads (16 left) Couldn't upload photo

Explorer | Level 3

I have a new Samsung s20 and my photo and video uploads will not upload. I have turned on all uploads over data and WiFi it starts to upload some pics then says "Camera uploads (16 left)Couldn't upload photo". I have cleared the cache in the app and in app setting and also reinstalled the app but it still will not upload.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @v8james, thanks for posting on the Community!

Although you’ve tried reinstalling the app, could you try again, this time uninstalling, rebooting and then reinstalling the app to see if this helps?

Keep me posted!

I'm having the same issue with my Samsung S10

When I get the error -closing the app and going back in might force it to upload a few more files and then it hangs again. Frustrating.
