Can I recover my deleted files?

I miss all my files and folders in Dropbox. I may have deleted them when I tried to hide some directories on another device. And I don't remember when and where. Can I restore my files if I buy payed version Dropbox?

I found the action log. It says that I deleted all the files on December 16, 2020. Is there any way to recover them?

Hi @imprezident, thanks for messaging the Community!

It looks like the files were deleted outside of 30 days ago from what you're describing.

If you're on a Basic plan, then it wouldn't be possible to recover those files, even if you upgrade, since it isn't retroactive to restore files.
