Hi @Jai2020, thanks for messaging today!

 

Shared folders take up quota on all active members’ accounts, so their quota isn’t shared with you. Currently, only Dropbox Business plans offer shared quota.

 

However, you can ask them to create a file request link for you to upload files to their account.
