Having issues opening audio file sent with Studio One format. Not being able to open by another Dropbox user also with Studio One

I'm not really familiar with the 3d party app you mentioned; I'd love to look into this though.
Can you please forward me a screenshot of the error(s) you or they get when trying to access the mentioned file(s)?
Do you get the same results when you download the file in question and open it locally from a device running the appropriate software?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
