 I am having the same problem that everyone is describing here......I cannot open or view my files in Dropbox from my Iphone or Ipad.

 

(Version IOS 14.2)

Hi @Kenannee, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Can you just clarify for me exactly what issue you're having trying to open/view your files?

 

If you're getting an error, please send over a screenshot as the visual is always helpful.

 

Also, you mentioned it was the same issue as others described here in the Community. If you found a specific thread with the same issue, would you mind sharing the link to that?
