Can't Upload video via mobile app

Can't Upload video via mobile app

I'm unable to upload a 500mb video from my iPhone 12 Max via my home wifi connection. The upload bar moves from left to right as expected and gets to the end. Once at the end it says 'Can't upload file' There was a problem uploading. Please try again. I have plenty of free space on DropBox so I'm not sure what the cause is. Please help. Thank you.

Hi @Nobu Endo, thanks for messaging the Community.

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

Keep me updated with any progress.

Hey Jay, unfortunately, that didn't work.

Happy Tuesday, @Nobu Endo, I hope you're doing well.

Does this happen only when you're using your WiFi, or when you're using your cellular data too?

Also, what's the installed version of the Dropbox app you have installed?

I'm using v262.3.2. I've only tried it using wifi because I thought it would take forever using cell data but will try it.

It still fails using cellular data and connected to another wifi network.

Let's try one more thing, @Nobu Endo.

Can you go under your Dropbox settings on the app and clear your cache from there?

Then attempt to upload the file, and let me know if this does the trick.

Hey @Nobu Endo, sorry to jump in here, but could you try renaming the file and try the upload again?

If you still get the same results, I'd appreciate a screenshot so that we can have a look too.

While we're at it, could you check if there's any pending update for your device's OS?

Renaming the file didn't help. Attached are the screenshots. Thank you.
