Can’t access Dropbox.com from windows computer

Since months I haven’t been able to access all Dropbox services from my PC with Windows 10.

 

I gave up using Dropbox because Dropbox doesn’t provide ANY support. Finally I’m desperate to post it here.

I can’t open Dropbox.com in any browser like chrome/edge, therefore I can’t download any Dropbox apps or contact support.

 

I don’t have any VPN on, or firewall, I have only default Windows antivirus.

BUT I CAN open Dropbox.com on same network on my iPad and iPhone. 


Appreciate any help on this! Thank you!

Something on your computer is blocking access to Dropbox. Are you sure you're only running the built-in antivirus? There have been reports lately that BitDefender has been incorrectly blocking Dropbox.

 

Whichever antivirus you're using, temporarily disable it to see if you can connect to Dropbox. If you can, then you'll need to add an exclusion to your antivirus so it doesn't block Dropbox.
