I can't access my Dropbox files from my pc. Running Windows 10

They are there on my laptop and android, but when I click on the Dropbox icon on the desktop, it shows only 3 (old) files and nothing under 'online'. Encourages me to apply for 2TB storage, which I already have.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the desktop app. Makes no difference.

Hi @Tyagi, thanks for contacting us!

 

It sounds like you might have multiple Dropbox accounts with different data in them.

 

Could you check the email addresses on the desktop app on your laptop, PC, mobile app, and the Dropbox site?
