I am getting the attached errors when I try to access my own document. I created the document last week and I am the only person with access. Not sure why it's saying I no longer have access privileges. If it helps, I use the Desktop App to access and work on my files. Help!
Hi @abigaic, thanks for posting!
Are you able to try and follow the steps to grant access to the file using the "Select..." option and following the steps, from the first screenshot you attached?
Also, since this is a Word file, can you try opening the file in your account online to see if you have the same issue?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks for the response! I am actually able to access through the online account. Not sure why I didn't think of that. I'll use that for short term troubleshooting.
As for accessing through my Desktop app though, it will not let me follow the steps to grant access. When the window pops up where I select the document, another one pops up that says I don't have permission for authorization. Not sure what to do there... I've also found that it's happening with several documents.
Hey there @abigaic; how are you today?
I'm sorry to jump in, but do you have admin privileges on the OS profile you're using on your Mac?
Also, if you browse your Dropbox folder on your computer, do you see any syncing icon on this file?
