When I try to create a link to file, I get the following message "You don't have permission to create link to this content". How do I fix this?

Thanks for the answer. The problem has been resolved. This happened due to a lot of traffic. After upgrading tariff plan from Basic to Plus, the ability to create links resumed.

Are these files located in a shared folder owned by another user?
