I have some zipped backup files I need to delete, but the only option is to open them. However, when I try to do that I get an error message saying file can't be extracted. I have a free account and don't need to upgrade. Thanks for any suggestions.

I only used the online version before, and when I log in to Dropbox on my computer, it shows nothing there. What to do?
Yes, I double-checked the account. Can't accomplish any of the steps mentioned.
