Can't erase backup folders

Can't erase backup folders

New member | Level 2

I can't erase a backup that was shared with me and somehow it seams to be copied in my dropbox. It is no longer shared by the original owner account and I cannot erase it !

Re: Can't erase backup folders

Hey @Nat_rey, thanks for posting today!

Is this the backup folder of the particular computer you're on right now?

If it is, you'll need to disable backup for that computer.

If this is not your computer, you'll need to ask the person who owns it, to disable backup for it on their end.

Once backup is turned off for that computer, you'll be able to delete the folder.

Let me know how it goes!
