Hi, I downloaded dropbox to a new PC and to a lap top today so I can upload files to the new computer. Not sure how but on both computers it now does not show any drives now. I have memory cards, usb's plugged in and none show up. When I plug in an external drive it does show not on the file explorer or drop down menu. PLEASE HELP (thank you).

Hi @Mbless67, thanks for posting on the Community!

Could you clarify how this is related to the Dropbox desktop application or site?

Does file explorer on your machine detect the drives themselves, or was it after you installed the desktop app that they weren't detected?

Is it only the Dropbox site or app that isn't recognizing the extra drives?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
