Can't get Dropbox to Sync Despite reducing files

I cannot get my account to sync. I get repeated errors that my account is full but I have deleted a ton of things and it still says full and will not syn on either machine I use. I have tried re-downloading, quitting the program and re-logging in, shutting down nothing is working. The strange part is is that I have previously just removed a few things from Dropbox when it was full and it has synced perfectly. I have now deleted much more than normal and it will not work. Thanks in advance. Amy

Hi @Weinsta; thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Have you ensured you deleted enough files to make up space on your account? Could let me know what is your account's plan tab reporting in regards to your quota?
