Hi, I have a free account on Dropbox, and the client share with me a folder (7Gb), I can't open it because of free space.
But I know there's a way to share a folder with me in another way, so I can open it.
Could you help me?

Hi @katesapiy,
You are falling in overquota and Dropbox application stops syncing. (7GB > 2GB)

No precisely "share a folder" in such a situation! Shared content is count to receiver account quota together with sender account quota. Both account are drawn with the shared content size, unfortunately - Dropbox politics. 🤷
Sender can use shared link, instead. 😉 Since there isn't receiver designated, no overquota appears. Ask you client to send you shared link to the folder instead of sharing folder itself.
Hope this helps.

If you only need view/download access, your client can send you a shared link to the folder. If you need edit access to the folder, then you'll need to upgrade your account to have enough space to hold the shared folder.
