Can't get all my files to my computer.

New Mac, but can't download all my files. I can see them in the cloud, but they won't come down and I have turned off selective sync. Please help. This is sooo frustrating!

Do any of these files or folders contain any incompatible characters? You can check out a list of these from here.

If not, please let me know what the sync status for the app is showing at the moment, which you can see by clicking the Dropbox icon in your menu bar.
