Can't open all files in Dropbox, I'm getting an error that a problem has occurred.

My Dropbox account is using gmail, but from yesterday it suddenly says that I can't open all the files in Dropbox

The file is supported, but it does not open with a message stating that a problem has occurred.

My files open to someone else's account

There are a lot of important data in it, and I need to do it right away, but I can't view or open it, and it won't open even if I download

Hey there @Sjian, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

Can you send me a screenshot of the error that you're seeing when trying to preview your files?

Also, do you have the same behaviour if you use an incognito browsing window, or try another web browser?
