Can't "share" to dropbox from iPhone

Explorer | Level 3

So I'm on my iphone, iOS 12.4.1, iphone XS (but I've seen this on other phones).

I view a photo or video in the Photos app.

I hit that "share" button, I'm not sure what you call it, the square with the arrow coming out of it.

In that dialog I have one item selected.

I tap the dropbox icon in the list of app options.

I then get a dialogue with; and option message field, a 'save to' option to choose folder, and a "to email, name or group" option. There is a cancel button, and also a "post" button, but the post button is grey and inactive.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Hey there @Rolf r.4

Let's see what we can find on this!

Could you check if you see a "Save to Dropbox" option on the second row when you select the share option (which is the square with the arrow facing upwards)?

If you don't see it, swipe across the row to go to "More" and see if the option is toggled off. If it is, toggle it on and try again.

Let me know what you find!
