Can’t read colleague’s edits

Can’t read colleague’s edits

Hi,
I’ve recently shared a folder and given edit rights to a colleague. She can upload new doc’s fine, but when she tries to edit a doc I’ve written, I can see a yellow shading where she’s made the change, but I can’t read what she’s done.

Hi there @PaullKhan, thanks for posting!

That does sound a little strange, would you be able to send me a screenshot of what you're referring too, excluding any personal info?

Also, where are you viewing the file from? Eg. the website, locally on your computer or through the mobile app.

Let me know and we can go from there!
