Hey guys,
I've just accidentally deleted a folder but I'm not able to restore it. In fact, I can't restore ANY folder/file within the 30-day period. The process completes with no error message, but if I refresh the page they appear back again at the "deleted files" section, never actually moving back to the intended place. It's pretty weird, nothing happens. I've never needed this feature before, and now that I do it's not working properly. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the issue is on the server-side.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Strangely, today when I logged in the folder was already restored, and the other files I tried to restore as a test were back as well. According to the Events page that happened just about 2 hours ago, and I'm talking about small files, so it seems that something is affecting the process causing a huge delay.
Anyway, just for the record, I tried to use another browser before and the output was the same. I didn't try to use incognito tho, but I think that it wouldn't make much of a difference.
Thanks for the update, we've not heard of anyone else experiencing this issue. I'm glad to hear it's working now.
