Hello.I can't share a file with a specific email address [email removed as per the Dropbox Community's Guidelines]Another email address can get access to the sharing file except this one.
Hi @Sem1, thanks for posting in our Community today!Would you mind clarifying this a little? Are you getting some kind of error message when trying to share a file with the particular email address?If you do, can you send us a screenshot, while hiding any personal info?Thanks!

Hello.Thank you for your replay.No, I do not have any errors from my side. One person can't have access to my file via sharing link, 3 from 4 persons can do this 1 can't.
