Can’t share link

New member | Level 2

Good evening, I cannot anymore share normal link of my folders to anyone. “You don’t have the permission etc”. This happened today while yesterday I could share. No problem in the renew of the account or something similar. Tried with incognito mode and logging back in and out.

Dropboxer

Hey there @albertoermelindi, thanks for nudging us here.

If you see a banned link error message such as that one, your links will be disabled for 24 hours, it means that the links are temporarily unavailable.

You can find a list of potential reasons and more info about this, in this article.

Remember that the first time you see this, the links will be "banned" for 24 hours, and then for longer for every other ban that you get.

I hope this helped to some extent, but let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!
