Can't sign into Paper on iPhone

Can't sign into Paper on iPhone

Dropbox Paper gives me the following error when I try to start it:

"Couldn't sign in

Your team currently has Paper turned off. Contact your Dropbox admin for more info."

 

At one time I had DropBox business, but I don't anymore.  I have Dropbox Plus.  I am no longer part of a DropBox team (as far as I know).

 

How can I enable this setting?

Check at www.dropbox.com/account that you are not still in a Team and if so you need to get them to enable it (that sounds like you still are, or, the email you are using is associated with it).

If you are not then you need to contact support for help: http://bit.ly/cm-support to log and http://dropbox.zendesk.com to track
