Can't upload ANY files into Dropbox

Can't upload ANY files into Dropbox

New member | Level 2

I've got a serious issue, I am unable to upload ANY files into DropBox, no matter how big or small they are. I have over 1.5G of free space left on my account, and I'm trying to upload a video that's 339MB.

Midway through uploading the video it stops and says "Something went wrong while uploading this file. There was a server error during the upload request." and has "Upload Error" next to it. I've tried restarting my computer, opening and closing DropBox, deleted history, and nothing seems to work.

I've tried uploading other files, small photos that are only 3.62MB, and it gives the same error message. I simply cannot upload anything into DropBox, and I really need it to. Any ideas?

Hey @LiamP, let's see what we can do here.

Are you uploading the files using the website by any chance?

If so, try adding them through another browser or an incognito window. Maybe that will do the trick.

Give that a shot and let me know of any updates, thanks!
