Can't upload .MOV from IPhone

Hi,

Is that question resolved ?- For now, I didn' see any answer

I'm trying with my IPhone 11S to upload a movie (5min 12, 612 mb) on my Dropbox account, because I can't do it via usb wire. The final goal is to transfer it on my HDD.

My wifi is OK - never had any problem uploading large files.

I have 1Go used on my Dropboy account - 3.25 Go free.

On IOS 13+, with the share button selecting the movie, I choose 'save in DropBox".

Then a message says "preparing..." and I wait ~1min - just like when sharing a video via Whatsapp.

Then I have to choose a fodler on my dropbox accound.

I select it and when I click on 'save' I get the error :

Import fails - An error occured - please try again.

And if I retry in any other forlder, I get the same error.

Q - How can I import my .mov on my Dropbox account ?

Thanks for your any solution.

Hi @skay2k, I hope you're having a good start to the week so far!

Could you try uploading the file from within the Dropbox app instead to see if you have the same issue?

You can do this with the steps outlined here.

Also, can you let me know where the video is located on your phone? Is it from your camera roll or from another app?

Let me know how it goes!
