thank you for accepting me into the community and thank you again for taking a look at this problem and helping me with it.
My dropbox had been working fine and i never had issues.
But last week i have been trying to automate some work using Integromat.
What i do is, there is a Form created using JotForms and any new submission of the form will trigger and a text file/doc file is created and send to the dropbox folder.
i can see them on my online dropbox but i can't find them on my computer. Couple of times it synced properly and I got some on the *.doc files, but then nothing.
I had tried this automation using another method of Zapier and i was able to receive it everytime.
Not sure what the problem is.
If the integration is the issue, then it shouldn't be shown online as well.
But i can see the files but not on my computer
i have 3 devices connect and my computer shows Sync Completed
The above shows the online folder, there are few different file in the folder (/Get Data/)
Here the above shows the computer folder, there is only 1 file in the (/Get Data/)
Please help me with this issue.
