Out of the sudden I can't directly download any files from shared folders. Not from safari or chrome. Always get the "There was an error downloading your file" message.
I say directly because it only works when I save a file into my dropbox but I ran out of space so that's not an option any more..
Anyone have the same issue or knows how to solve this?

Thanks for giving another browser a try, definitely helps with our investigation.
Could you also try an incognito/private session, as well as ensuring that you're not running any third party browser extensions?
If that doesn't work, try clearing the cache - maybe that will do the trick.

Hmm. Could you also let me know if you are able to download any file from your Dropbox account or if you're encountering this behavior only when you attempt to download from a specific shared folder?
