Cannot download files to my IPAD air. Version 12.5.1

I can no longer download files to my IPAD air. Version 12.5.1 I get an unknown error Content unavailable message. Is their a fix for this or does dropbox not work anymore this IOS version

Are you downloading these files from the website on to your mobile device?

Does it happen with any file or specific ones by any chance?

If you could send me a screenshot of the error message as well, that would be super helpful.

Thank you for the response. I uninstalled Dropbox and reinstalled it. Problem resolved. I send files to Dropbox then download via the cloud into stage Traxx 3 for my backing tracks.
