Cannot edit existing Dropbox Paper documents

I tried to see if there were previous questions on this, but none of the solutions apply to this situation. I can load the Dropbox Paper homepage or a previously bookmarked document but I cannot edit or create a new document. I've attached a screenshot of the errors thrown on a specific document and also on paper.dropbox.com.

 

This is happening specifically with Chrome (currently using v62.0.3202.75). It works in Safari though. Any ideas?

Reached out to Dropbox Support and clearing browser cache worked.

Did a few other steps to confirm that it was browser-specific and perhaps cache-related:

 

1. Opened Dropbox links in Incognito Mode / Private Browsing Mode ✔️

 

2. Tried Firefox and Safari separately ✔️

 

So clearing my cache did it!

Hey @eschow, welcome to our forum! 

Thanks for the screenshots. It looks like Chrome is encountering some kind of block when trying to access these Paper documents. Do you have any add-on/plugins in Chrome that may be affecting this? 

To be honest, there isn’t much I can do for you here besides that. What you could do is to submit a support ticket about this https://www.dropbox.com/support, so that one of our agents can get this to our Paper team for further review.

I've disabled all my Chrome extensions, and the problem persisted. I'll reach out to Dropbox Support. Thanks for chiming in!

I have been having to clear my cache every single time I load anything in paper. That includes folders and actual paper documents themselves. It's not a big deal but is a little annoying because everytime I load one it loads an old version that isn't editable and has no top nav bar. 

Any ways to permanently fix this? I'm using Chrome, and this has been happening for at least a month
