Cannot open a Shared Folder Link with an old iPad

Cannot open a Shared Folder Link with an old iPad

Explorer | Level 4

I have an iPad 2 with iOS 9.3.5. When I click on a link to a Dropbox Shared Folder, that was sent to me,  the following message appears. "We use cookies so that Dropbox works for you. By using our website, you agree to our use of cookies. Learn more". I can't click anywhere on this page and get stuck here. Thank you for your help.

Hi there @herb6020, let's see what we can do here.

Could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the notification that you get, just so that I have a better visual of this?

If you are having trouble attaching an image in your next reply, you can also send it to me as a shared link

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi @herb6020, most likely, because you're using an older version of iOS, the browser you're using isn't supported by the Dropbox site.

Could you check that it meets the minimum requirements here? Are you able to access any part of the Dropbox site at all, or sign in?
