Cannot sync SD card images

Explorer | Level 3

My Cat61 synced well until Sep 2019 when Dropbox client was stuck due to more than 3 units. When setting it up again, it will not sync the DCIM folder on the SD card but works fine when moving images to the internal phone memory. On my Galaxy S8 the app just works fine on SD. Any ideas?

Hi @Halvor R.

Thanks for posting this question.

The Dropbox mobile app can only automatically upload pictures within your Photo library and can only see files that are in your phone memory.

The solution is to move them as you correctly mentioned. Also if the SD card is not detected this could be an operating system limitation.

Feel free to ask more questions!
