I am an experienced user trying to create a folder in a shared Dropbox. I can click on create or upload but nothing happens.

Hi @justnick, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you trying to do this from the website, desktop app or mobile app?

If you're using the website, can you try using an incognito window or even another web browser?

a new browser did work, but that is not a doable solution.

In that case, you may want to clear your browser's cache or disable any plugins/extensions that might be causing issues @justnick
