Company asking me to upload a video via Dropbox but I can't?

New member | Level 2

Hi, I am applying for a job and need to upload a video via drop box. When I click on the link provided on the companys career website it brings me straight to my dropbox homepage (so no problems so far). However I am unable to select any of my videos as they appear to be greyed out.

I have tried changing the file type, and file size but with the same result.

Help please?!

thanks,

Beej

Hi there @Beej, welcome to the Dropbox Community - I'd be happy to help look into this with you!

As a first step, if the link you have is:

  • An invitation to join a shared folder, could you please make sure that they've followed these steps
  • For a file request, could you please ask them if they've followed the steps in this article?

Keep me posted!
