I have a client who is using Dropbox.  I need to ask some technical questions that aren't covered in FAQ's or the forums.

I would like to actually speak to someone.  Email/message is a horribly slow way to ask complex questions.

Unfortunately unless the person has a paid Business account the only support is via the forums for free accounts or the forums and email for paid.
