Confirmation alert

My colleague has ticked the "don't ask me this again" box on an alert. Is there a way to get this alert back?

Thanks in advance.

Hey there @Rossfitout, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!

To re-enable this kind of notifications, you (or your colleague) need to navigate to the app's preferences and when in the Account tab, press alt+H.

This will bring up some buttons, one of them being the option to reset file system warning options.

I hope this helps!

Hi Walter,
Thanks for your response.
ALT+H is working on my computer and another colleagues computer in our office although it is not working on the colleagues computer with the original issue? Is there another way to access the options found once you ALT+H?

I'm afraid no @Rossfitout

If your colleague is using a Mac device, they'll need to press the option key.

Let me know if this helps!

They are not using a Mac, they are using the same computer as me 'Microsoft Surface Book'.

Would there be any reason the Alt+H fails to work on their system? as in maybe a Dropbox update or anything?

Can you post a screenshot of the last screen they can get to @Rossfitout?

Thanks Walter, see below. Everything is as normal up until we try Alt+H, simply nothing happens.

Have you tried reinstalling the app on that computer at all lately @Rossfitout?
