How to avoid having conflicted file versions?
You need to make sure that more than 1 person isnt accessing a file at the same time. Remember the critical key difference here to things like Google is that the files are actually located on each persons individual device - there not all in one central repository. Dropbox has some tools to try and help with this via the Badge: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/badge-overview
