Create a new document

Advanced Collaborator | Level 14

Hello again!

When creating a new file by clicking the "Create new file" button, I see the options such as "Microsoft Word", "Google Docs", etc. Are those options shown even if you don't have Microsoft Office nor google account?

Thank you.

For Google Docs, Sheets, etc., you need a Google account that uses the same email address as your Dropbox account.

For Microsoft Offlice Online, if you have a Personal Dropbox account (Basic, Plus, Professional), you don't need an Office license. If you have a Dropbox Business account, then you need an Enterprise Office 365 license that allows editing in Office online.
