Creating a folder

I am trying to create a new folder but keep getting this message: The file name(s) would be too long for the destination folder. You can shorten the file name and try again, or try a location that has a shorter path.

I don't know what to do because I haven't even created the folder in order to name anything.

Hi there @nramsey, let's see what we can do on this. 

It sounds like you're trying to create a subfolder in a path that has too many of them. 

Do you get the same experience if you create it somewhere else or at the top of the hierarchy? 

If you do, send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message so that I can have a better visual of it.
